The 31st Marine Expeditionary Unit Just Made History

For the first time, the F-35B flew with a 3D printed part.

The Marines printed the equipment aboard the USS WASP LHD 1.

10 years ago this weekend, two Marines heroically gave their lives to stop a vehicle filled with 2,000 pounds of explosives.

They were awarded the Navy Cross for their actions.

Today, one was honored where he first took the oath of enlistment.
