Louisiana National Guard Youth Challenge Program

Today, I spoke on the House floor to recognize the Louisiana National Guard Youth Challenge Program. It gives at-risk youth a second chance at turning around their lives. While other states also participate, none have been more successful than ours in Louisiana, and I'm thankful for what they're doing to make our state a better place. Louisiana National Guard
