April is designated as the Month of the Military Child, where military families and communities spend time to honor the experiences our dependent children go through with their military family members.
One of the children in the Malmstrom community sees his experiences as a military dependent as an advantage - to learn new cultures, meet new people and explore the world. #MilitaryChildMonth #Resiliency

Congrats to A1C Shaugnessy Pickens who was selected as this month's Chief's Choice award winner. Pickens received her 5-level CDCs March 15 & took her EOC exam March 22, earning a score of 87%. She was able to complete all 4 volumes, took multiple pre-tests and passed her exam in only 7 days; a feat that on average takes Security Forces members 4-5 months.
#TeamMalmstrom Every Airman has a story, and today we heard the inspiring stories of four Airmen overcoming adversity. A big thank you to all of our courageous Storytellers for sharing their experiences with all of us.
