The Utah National Guard 23rd Army Band rock band, "Article 15," provided live music during the June 28 Independence Day celebration at Dugway Proving Ground, Utah. They each received a certificate of appreciation from Dugway's commander, Col. Brent Hoskins, fifth from left. At far left, director of Dugway's directorate for Family, Morale, Welfare and Recreation, which coordinated the event.

U.S. Army Installation Management Command has two new tier-two Senior Executive Sevice leaders within its headquarters staff.
Mr. J Randall Robinson will serve as the Executive deputy to the Commanding General, and Ms. Delia Adams will serve as the Commander's Senior Contracting Executive.

The Utah Army National Guard is on Dugway Proving Ground through the weekend. The 2nd Battalion of the 222nd Field Artillery Regiment is firing the M109 Paladin, essentially a 155mm howitzer mounted on a tank chassis. If you've heard a lot of BOOMs since last weekend, this is the source.
