Staff Sgt. Reymund Rarogal Transfiguracion, 36, of Waikoloa, Hawaii, died Aug. 12, 2018, from wounds sustained when an improvised explosive device (IED) detonated near him while conducting combat patrol operations in Helmand Province, Afghanistan.
